You are doing good.
Cooler fittings can be restrictive to flow and cooler can, too. That can mess with stall by restricting converter dump. I usually use less spring, but a larger Boost valve. You have the smaller boost valve. Agree with what Jim said.. ^^^^^^ Depending on application pressure at 200+ is Ok I've run as low as 170 on my V-6 3185 lb car.
