I ran into the limits of the OBD1 PCM.
Sought advice from people more experienced than I.
The 8.3 rule was confusing comparing available products out there.
So contacted a Technical Director.

The feedback from CR is in conflict with what Pat said.
So before proceeding over the rulings cliff.
I want clarification !
