Molnar has a rod that is "legal" that will keep it alive above 6500 RPM.
Probably needs to do the BB Chevy rod bearing size modification too.
428's had a lot of issues with RPM until Blair Patrick got the 361 truck crank and Chevy Bearing and Crower Rod combination approved.

I have a set of those Crower rods in my 428, be prepared to break open the piggy bank.
