Default Re: Results from Cecil County Race # 3 & 4 - MA .90

I just wanted to send a quick Thank You to everyone who made it out this past weekend at Cecil. We know things are tough right now with gas prices and some of you are scaling back on what events you are hitting this season. Dana & I try to give everyone an enjoyable experience at the track so when you do arrive you feel like you are getting the best bang for your buck. A big thanks to Dave Nahill (Dana's Fiance) and Ashley Paone who was helping Dana out with registration, doing money and help taking some of the pictures & videos in the winner circle. Thanks to Chad, Anthony and Crew at Cecil for keeping the track in good shape with everything they are facing with a glue shortage, rain and of course the hot & humid weather (we get the chance to sneak away to our motorhomes while they are stuck in the lanes and on the track).

Congrats to all the winners this past weekend, Keith Mayers on the "double-double" which marks our third one this season, Keith always finds the winner circle at Cecil, rather be his Porche or his Street Car, Derek Clark turned a "not attending the event" into a victory & semi to pad his points lead, Amanda Boicesco was able to light the electricity one more round further than the previous weekend with a win on Sat / Sun, Chase Fahnestock proved that the cooler bath at Maple Grove didn't slow him down with yet another victory and a commanding lead in the points....not to mention popping the question and getting engaged after it was all said and done. Finally, seeing my Pop pull out a victory only 8 days after we got our first Wally, I guess he didn't want to be left out by winning his first race since 2013.

Now we pack up the traveling circus and head to Atco Dragway the weekend before the Lucas Race! We hope to see you all there at a track that always draws some good car counts, really starts to form the points chases, as it will be an action-packed weekend of racing and celebrating the life of Bill Phillips & my Stepmom!
