Indy dropped to 3 grade points last Wednesday July 27; it goes to 2 on Wednesday Aug.3, and to 1 on Wednesday Aug.10. In my humble opinion, it will fill up before the Aug.29 deadline; and then you will have the last minute withdwawals which well bring the total to fewer than the 150 quota.
