Idea: Discounts on license renewal for a physical

We all know a lot of us are stubborn when it comes to going to the doctors but, I have heard on numerous occasions that the yearly check-up that was required has actually saved numerous people's lives and discovered things that would have been very serious if not caught at that time.

I'm 43 and still go get a yearly check-up each year no matter if it's required or not, I have a family history of issues that I'd rather stay on top of things then have them get me by surprise because I didn't get a simple 30-minute checkup & blood work done.
