Default Re: carburetor

The 7025200 is for a 1965 396. If this is for a restoration, then you would want a 7027200 which is for an automatic with A.I.R. or a 7037200 automatic without A.I.R. The manual transmission carbs would be 7027201 with A.I.R. and 7037201 without A.I.R. all for a1967-396. If this is for a class car, then you don't have to have correct numbers. You can run any 750 CFM Quadrajet . Doesn't even have to be a Chevy. If it is for a racecar, then don't use a 1968 or earlier as those have a huge float which reduces bowl volume.
