Well, in my 307 (roughly the same everything except stroke) it ran well with 234/236 @ .050 on a 106 lobe sep. and in at 102 with a Powerglide. With a 3 speed, I'd probably back the cam up a few. It's going to make peak power at 6000 or less.

Thats some good info Billy. I happen to have a cam here that was a take out from a circle track engine, and its 235/241 on a 106, so I will likely try it as a baseline knowing this.
