Man, I feel a whole lot better after reading these posts. I thought this **** only happened to me. There is a Walmart just a mile from my home. I had stopped in there a few weeks ago on a Monday to buy some items. When I walked to my truck in the parking lot there were 2 twenty something year old females acting as though they were washing my windshield. They didn’t do a very good job. They demanded 25 bucks a piece and even though I kept telling myself that this might be a scam I handed them the cash. When I returned on Wednesday and Thursday they only charged me 20 bucks a piece …..

I’ve posted WTB 2015 392 DP stuff and even all the scammers know it’s not available and don’t bother wasting their time.

Another scam is happening when selling on FB marketplace. A "buyer" will say they are interested or want it and to give them your number so they can send you a code to verify you are real. They clone an account with your info via gmail. I never fell for it but have had the requests for them to send me a code happen.
