What is the NHRA official rule for Excessive Breaking?

I hope the umpire in this baseball game never gets a job where he is determining what excessive braking is.

You are right Keith, always goes back to DD discretion.
I would like to hear the conversation amongst the DD's on this subject.
A little more involved than the common blinder rule.
