Who Re-Webs Expired Race Belts?

I would not think so, its never been mentioned when I had belts re-webbed. I always thought the belts had to be replaced because the belts were weakend by ultra voliet light. Obviously not a problem with the camlocks. However I don't know if Simpson rewebs and I don't think anyone will reweb a belt they did not make.
