If I decide to run both a stocker and a super stocker, how will that work? Will I have time to run both cars? Will stockers and super stockers be run together at some point? Trying to figure out the logistics of this. Thanks!

Kevin, my concern is will it be organized ?
Q-shots in sessions like a normal Open or will we be called to the lanes willy nilly , mixed in with the local racers who are going to blow their horn when I haven't moved up three inches in the lanes?
Don't ask me how I know....

Tim I've done it multiple times in the past. We never laddered first round, so that actually might make it a touch harder.

As long as the NHRA guys know you have two cars, and you are one of the first for each qualifying run, run back to your pit jump in the other one, its doable.

For r1 it will require teamwork with the opponents and track for the logistics. Doable, but requires a touch of work. Come up with car #1 get paired and the track should make you one of the first pairs down, then go back grab the other one meet up with your opponent and run at the endish of the round.

Kind of like the designated pairs deal, wouldn't be too tough......Announce first three pairs to the lanes.

Kevin if you could, insist that anyone that double enters, have their stock entry and their opponents be identified/highlighted on the ladder and let everyone know they would be first out......Tim, your brother Sean?, Me, etc that would work. Oh also, we need to add a X or something on the second entries on the superstockers to keep them organized for the timing system and for the ladder! I always just put a shoepolish X on the truck.

Sean and I will be there on Thursday. We will work with NHRA Officials and the track to ensure they are aware of the double entries(Merryfield, Stickles, Gaffney +++) and how we can help those competitors out, timeline wise, from round to round. Tnx

PS: The more cars we have the easier it will be in the early rounds

Thanks Kevin,

Now most importantly what routes from the south are open to get to the track with all the flooding that has happened in VT?

I typically go up 93-89- exit 21 in swanton onto 78 through the Missisquor national refuge right on to route 2 to Rouses Point where we cross. Anyone know if this route is safe?

Thanks

Eric
