I guess the old address of Financial Way was a bit much.

I got a two car garage they can rent for office space.

or they could do what any fiscally responsible, membership funded organization would do and move it's offices to a property which is OWNED by the organization.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and "assume" that they like their California life style.

Kind of ironic don't ya think that an Automobile Racing Organization wants to keep it's corporate offices in a state that wants very little to do with Automobile Racing? Florida or Indiana will be much more "friendly".
