Pros
Keeps oil pressure from dropping when stopping after burnouts & braking at the end of the run. Allows to run a Lower oil level in pan if desired. Allows prelubing the engine prior to start. Can be operated mechanically Can be operated electrically, Both on-off and/or Engine oil pressure reading. Cons Additional weight of canister, oil & plumbing. Space to mount canister and route plumbing
