My son almost ruined my Monday by sending me the video! Lol!! I spent way too much time studying it and ALMOST bought a plane ticket. After hearing about all the sealed bid bullsh!t and bank review I'm glad I didn't. Sad to see this stuff go but some peeps will get some smoking deals. If any of the blocks are sbc dart or bowtie I would be a player.
I was day dreaming about buying the whole lot. It would literally be a full time job for someone to catalog and sell it all..... but since I retired last week!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Fond memories looking at those haulers. I had a 76 Oleynik and it was quality built everywhere you looked. Not many interested in these at the current time with what current haulers have evolved to.
It was built with the back window removed to get into the sleeper built into the front of the box. Roof air. Hardwood floor that I always tried to not think of the weight. At the time, it was a special thing and did a great job for me. |

John took the black truck to the next level.
Cool story at least for me. At the time we were running an 8.75 in our Max Wedge car and broke it at the Maple Grove National (#13 qualifier) and bought a new gear set at the Zoom trailer (you could do that back then) and he offered to set it it up in the black truck and we of course agreed (it's John Kunsak right?). So we're in there with the Leopolds and my group and it becomes a party (as always) meanwhile Frank Lupo is attempting to repair the transmission with a broken sprag (fruitless) so we decided to run our back up trans which was much slower. The only problem is we had to run the next round against another A/SA Max Wedge car (Unnamed) that was qualified close to ours and guess what I lighted the RED! Thanks John I love you! |
