What don't you like or why are you looking for an alternative to crew chief Pro? I made the plunge with a trailer based weather station and Crew chief pro and am very happy. Other than the learning curve, it is a easy to use program with plenty of options. Don will answer the phone at almost any time to help, and I received contigency last year from him.

You're absolutely right....he does answer the phone. But the call usually goes downhill shortly after that. I know that he has many very happy customers.....I am just not one of them. In ten years of paying for and using Crewchief I have yet to call for help without being told the problem was either my tune or my computer....if I could even get a word in edge wise. It has never been an error or glitch in the software. I know lots of folks are very happy with this company but I haven't had the same experience.

I refuse to spend my money with a company from whom I cannot expect a reasonable level of respect.

I have also heard the same things, luckily my problem was an easy one, but I have heard racers say he talked down to them like they should have a masters in computer science when they were being walked thru a problem.

One of his business practices is he has walked into one of my friends trailer when no one was there and he proceed to check that he had a current license for his multiple cars. He did and they caught him

Well, I've been using Crew Chief for 20+ yrs. I like it, and Don and his wife have been very helpful. I never felt like they talked down to me, and I am far from a computer wiz.

We’ve been using CCP for many years and had no such issues with CCP. Our team has been very successful with advice from Kyle Seiple honing in on factors. (God speed brother)

I can imagine it’s pretty tough to keep pirating in check for software.
