Unless something gernades how can that ever be damaged or worn out? Now that’s a waste of money. But it keeps the contingency sponsors in business so I guess it’s not all bad.
IMO a 5 year rule would make sense but the 2 year rule is really off the wall!

Damn I didn't realize they put a time frame on them too, I thought it was just all v8 stockers need an SFI plate now.
