You must purchase your entry online, then you will be sent the tech card, per NHRA D2:

"ATTENTION IN THE PITS! It's Baby Gators Season! Here is the detailed Run Schedule for the weekend as well as some quick question answers and the ticket sales link.
Parking will begin Tuesday 2/27 at Noon. The B Gate road and feeder roads are open NOW for pre event stacking.
You will be parking for BOTH events if you are entered in the Gatornationals. No need to leave or park again after the Babys, UNLESS you choose to park on the 1 Weekend Pavement. If that is the case you will have to leave and restack for the Gatornationals.
You will receive the tech card and waiver link after you purchase your race credentials. You will not receive or need a ticket to enter the race, the gate staff will have a list of all purchases and mark you off as you enter.
Alcohol Cars will be allowed 3 test hits with their TNT purchase. 1 on the Wednesday TNT day, and 2 on Thursday at designated times just like last year.

This is correct. The link is on the Division 2 Facebook page. Also on the Division 2 web page. Pay for the entry then a link to the tech card and waiver will be sent via e mail.
