Who is running steel head 375/402 70 chevelle combo

Yea just like the 396/375 hp Iron head after I set in motion a hp reduction ,a racer stood on the combo only to kill all chance of getting the hp reduced from 413 , that another racer stood on the combo ,and got the hp increased from 399 hp to 413 well above the aluminium head at 405 hp.
