Just broke in a flat tappet (comp) cam with a set of off the shelf comp lifters. Slathered on the EOS (gm engine oil supplement) 50# seat pressure and 35minutes at 2200-2500. Worried they might not break in with that low of pressure but they did.
Oh, 120 or something like that over the nose.

Jim it?s a little more of a problem for those of us that need 200-250 seat pressure to control these things, they won?t even control the valves at break in rpm with pressure that low.

Steel cam & Lifters- Cam manufacturer recommends coating of some kind on one or both.
