Scotty Richardson needs our help!

Damn, just got the call. One of the best there ever was. I really thought he was going to pull through. I feel sorry for the big money racers upstairs, Scotty's going to school some angels tonight. Godspeed my friend until we race again. The good, they die so young

So sorry to hear about the passing of Scotty. While I never had the pleasure of knowing him personally, I do know that he was beloved by so many and was an absolute drag racing legend that forced the entire racing community to up their game. My deepest condolences to his family.

Youngsters may not remember (The Scotty Rule) when NHRA said you couldn’t run Super Street and double another class. He was virtually unbeatable in that S/ST Firebird. RIP Scotty, your accomplishments were many and included those beyond the track.
