Mine came in my car when I bought it decades ago ..I Love it….That is one tough shifter cable . I have burned it , drug it on the ground when I pulled motor/trans and forgot to disconnect it ….AMAZING?

I installed one new in my Nova 4 years ago. It has always worked flawlessly! Yes, the neutral safety switch is built in. I also agree the cable is beefy compared to a B&M type cable. I use the red button that comes with for my line loc.

Same here, my car came with an ancient Cheetah shifter and it works great, never had any issues and I like the lock-out mechanism that doesn't require hitting an additional lever like a quarter stick does.

I always had one in my Stocker and most of my customers request one for their builds.
Relatively fool proof. Neutral safety switch is separate but mounts with the same fasteners as the shifter. If you change valve bodies or shift patterns ,no need to get another shifter ,The shift gate is easily interchanged
