How much Horse Power does it take?

Using my software and 291.3 FWHP I get



60 Foot ET = 1.7515
330 Foot ET = 5.1866
1/8 Mile ET = 8.1673
1/8 Mile MPH = 82.0866
1000 Foot ET = 10.7575
1/4 Mile ET = 12.9489
1/4 Mile MPH = 103.1734


I always like to double check and run my time and mph through Larry Meaux's PipeMax.

Thanks Stan. Your numbers look to be more realistic. Any time time I have tried the Moroso calculator on my numerous cars it is off by 2 tenths(fast).

Thanks Stan. Your numbers look to be more realistic. Any time time I have tried the Moroso calculator on my numerous cars it is off by 2 tenths(fast).

Remember the Moroso calculator is telling you how much HP or ET at DA = 0. If you are running at any other DA you need to use a Correction Factor on the HP. Your engines starting line HP would be like the measured HP on a dyno that then needs to be corrected for weather.
