You just need to test it. Many guys change their jets and rods more than needed. Carbs self correct more than a lot of guys think. Lower baro = less fuel if you don't do anything to it. They work on pressure differential. If you were too rich when it was cool it will slow more when it heats up than if it were right on the money before. Cars (with iron blocks) that don't make more power with cold water are usually too lean. After you get it right on the money once, you will probably find it won't not need changed often.
