It's been very reliable and durable.....as with anything else, don't let it sit out in the rain, and watch your sample area. It comes with a nice mast for the wind meter and temp probe to mount on top of a trailer or such.
It does give D/A, but you have to watch for what your car responds to the most....humidity moves my gasoline tune up more than any one other factor, so while the D/A may not move, the inputs (temp, humidity, baro) may be moving. |

WELL it didn't @ Indy....Marissa had to bring/buy a new Batt for it...I had 3 "new ones" in the trailer...all Dead! So I guess it wouldn't turn on!

You can, but it will skew the temperature reading and the D/A from the module, I actually have never used the wind meter, but it has a temp sensor in it too, and is okay in the sunlight.
I always just put mine up under the trailer front, or hung it behind the door where it was in shade. |
