Question 7 inch torque convertors or smaller

I am wondering if any body currently makes a torque convertor smaller than 7 inches that could be used in a high RPM low HP small cu in engine in either a Stock or Super Stock application something with a 7800-800 rpm stall speed---I'm thinking that maybe you can modify one to get a higher stall RPM than what is currently available---Talked to TCI and JW and neither could help me --Send me a PM please--Do not discuss it on this site--Thanx Comp 387
