What's the rules on the Event Section

Bruce,
How does this now work with the new Class Racing Event section? It seems if you want to promote a race of any kind it now gets posted in this section, but if you want to start a thread just to talk about the race or something going on at the race, you can still post in the S/SS section!
If this is designed to filter out all notices of upcoming Racing events, shouldn’t there be some sort of notification listed at the top inside of each Class section stating this, seeing that this is where they always have been posted in the past. Yesterday there was a post on an S/SS race that the ASRA is promoting at Oxford, Maine next week and the next thing I know it was it was gone. I personally didn’t pick up on the new Event section and had to do Search to find it again!
Just curious…….not trying to be a pain
