The aftermarket brakes sold by Strange,Aerospace Brakes and Lamb for the SN95, use OEM spindle and only replace the caliper and rotor. My preference is Strange.
Also, you can buy a replacement race caliper from The Brake Man:

You can also try to get the PBR calipers and brackets from a 1999 or later Mustang in the wrecking yard. The PBR caliper is a 4 piston caliper and the body that faces the wheel is smaller.
