I have the Haans device, the Sportsman Model. Around 700.00 works well and is pretty easy to use. You can check it out at the Dutch if you like.

I've been using the "Sportsman Hans" for 2 seasons, its comfortable and no big deal to hook up, I can even get in and out of the car with it on if I have to.
