Default 290 BBC Flow Numbers

Anyone willing to share some BBC 290 casting, flow numbers. Just trying to get a baseline on a set of heads that I bought. Wanted to see if im headed in the right direction. Let me know. Thanks.

It's rather tedious, but this guy has a very comprehensive list of flow numbers for various cylinder heads, with and without modifications.

Great site for calculations and cylinder head flow data.....
