Chris,

Place these tags around words you want to quote.
[ quote ] place your quote in between these tags [ /quote ]

Note, there should be no spaces between the letters or character on the tags. I had to space them to show you, otherwise it would have shown a quote.

You can also go to the the link below in the FAQ section.

Just hit the QUOTE button down in the lower right part of the screen of the post you want to quote from. If you only want to quote part of a particular post you can use the delete key to erase whatever part of the quote you don't need.

Hope this helps!

Or, just copy the parts you want to quote and paste them into your note with quotes ( "....." ) around them.
That'll work, if you're familiar with copy/paste, which is really simple, and easy to learn if you don't know how.

Even I can do it...

Bill

Thank you Michael. I've searched high and low after I hit the "reply" button.

You guys are welcome!

I have owned a health and wellness message forum for years, using the same software/product as Class Racer (vBulletin products) and let me tell ya, I truly didn't know jack about how to use all this stuff. Didn't even know how to copy and paste for quite a while, lol.

You can use the tags that Bill and Admin advised to do alot of cool stuff with your posts too.....you can post in bold and italics and probably some colors too-
