The first photo is one of dad's (Curtis Smith's) old Stock Eliminator cars that he raced in the 1970s. This car was later sold to Jimmy Morton, with Jeff Taylor driving it the the NHRA world championship in 1981.

The second photo is of dad's "Hot Stuff" Camaro at Rockingham in the 1980s. Dad later won the IHRA Stock World Championship with this car in 1996. We still have and race this car.

The third photo is of grandpa's (Earl Smith) "Shakedown" 1969 Camaro with dad driving it at Englishtown, NJ at the NHRA national event in 1985. Dad won that event. We still have and race this car also.

I remember when Jeff Taylor drove your dad's '69 ragtop - he did very well with it .

Yeah, to this day, dad still regrets selling that 69' ragtop. It was one of his favorite cars

The first photo of the white '69 Camaro was the car that our father Harvey Emmons Jr. purchased in 1983 from Jeff Taylor and our brother Speedy won his first national event in Stock eliminator at the '84 Cajun Nationals against Mike Cotten. In 1985 the car was destroyed in a garage fire along with our father's 1969 Nova that ran SS/JA. I am getting some of the photos together that I will post in the next couple of days showing before and after the fire. It was a loss that still bothers us to this day when we think about it.

This is the link to my car, if anyone knows it, it hasn't changed much since that picture. Took the lettering off and changed the wheels. The car in front to the right of my car is Rock Runnig's Pontiac. This is from 1974 Columbus, Ohio, National event. I think it was the Spring Nats at that time.

Thanks! Dad said he would love to see the pictures. He talks about that car a lot and regrets selling it to this day
