My dad and I use GPE Competition Starters out of Oklahoma City on our modified motors. Never any problems. Greg and Tony are good guys to deal with. I would highly recommend them. They are both racers and know what a starter endures during a weekend.

Forgot about these guys. A lot of Div 4 cars using them.

Tilton Super Starter, the original high torque mini-starter starter and still the best.

None of them seem to last very long. I have had Tilton and Powermaster. I have a CSR Platinum on the car now. It has held up the best. Tilton lasted the least amount of time. You will probably get better results with a 16 volt system. My car is 12 volt and I have a MSD retard box for starting. Not sure what I will try next.

House of Payne......Mark Payne will build you the best starter for your application and he is a racer.

He stands behind his products and often takes care of racers problems at the track..

I have his best stuff and so do all my friends wih high HP big cube engines.

He does not use Made in China parts like many others do.....and his prices are good for what you are getting...

My 900+ HP injected 565 spins over like the plugs are out with his starter.....

You spend a lot of money to make your Stock and Super Stock cars go fast so buy a good starter built by a racer from the USA

Mark is an engineer at his regular daytime job..

540-471-0471 is his phone number and he can be reached from 3-8PM
EST

House of Payne Performance.com

I have his Big Dawg Starters and 139 tooth drive system.....

Big engines wreak havoc on starters if they kickback and I tore up a pile of parts early this year. Got it all working good now with Mark's help...
