I've copied Jill on my last couple of emails. She is the one who told me to fill out the form on the PAC website and send that in too. I think it's a joke, because they have received a copy of the verification form like every other contingency sponsor. I sent a preemptive email several months ago asking if they needed me to send the W9 and proof of product purchase in. I got no response. And FWIW, I'm waiting to be paid for as far back as September. As far as I'm concerned, if they don't pay their debts, then they should get blasted in all avenues like here and social media.

Guys,

This morning I got an email from Jill. She has read this thread and has assured me that she is doing everything possible to help us out. I think if we are a little more patient, we may see some action because of her contact with PAC. We have to understand the position she is in. There must be tons of inquiries to her, and we know first hand what some of these companies can be like to deal with.

Just received a check today from PAC springs for the Phoenix divisional race in February this year. That's an acceptable wait time.

After seeing some were receiving checks I thought I would wait a little longer. That did not pay off.
I had a runner up at Sonoma the end of July 2015.
I called PAC 12-9-15 talked to Kelly and all was good. Check coming.
I called again 2-3-16 and left a message for Kelly and with the receptionist.
I called again 3-26-16 and talked to Cody. All is good check is coming.
I called again today 6-13-16 and talked to Celise and was told again the check would go out this week and I should have it this week or early next week.
I guess time will tell.
I really like the springs and have not had breakage problems as with a certain other manufacturer however, the contingency plan for PAC needs some attention.
I will post here again when and if I get a check by next week.

Has anyone else received a check from PAC?
If so who did you talk to?
I sent this note after making all the phone calls and and getting all the promises. I then sent the note to Jill McKenna and Jason Yound the PAC Marketing Manager on June 23 and heard nothing from either. I resent it again today.
I am just looking for an answer whether they intend to pay or not. They have paid me in the past
I have bought at least a half dozen sets of their springs and really like them however, I do not deal with people who do not live up to their words.
Just tell me I can handle the truth....
Rant Over

This is the email I sent today.

As I am packing the race trailer to go back to Sonoma I thought I would send the letter again that no one has responded to from June 23.
I am just looking for an answer.

Hi, I am one of your loyal PAC customers and have been for many years now but my faith in PAC is being tested once again.
I was the runner up at the Sonoma National Event in July of 2015 in Super Gas.
I claimed contingency on the PAC valve springs at the event and it was verified.
I waited until 12-9-15 and contacted PAC and talked to Kelly and was told all was good and the check was coming.
Nothing happened so I contacted PAC again 2-3-16 and left messages for Kelly and the receptionist.
Nothing happened so I called 3-26-16 and talked to Cody and again was told all was good and the check was coming soon.
Nothing happened so I called 6-13-16 and talked to Celise and was told after a long on hold time that the check would be out to me within a week.
Well nothing again.
I have used PAC springs now for many years and have had very good luck with the product. My last set I made 231 passed on the engine and they tested almost the same as the day I installed them. I replaced them just because that is more runs than I usually use them before replacing them.
I have faith in the springs but I am having a hard time with the Contingency Program
My prior request for a contingency payment took over a year to get a check and this one is getting close to the same.
Can you help as this is the last check from Sonoma I am chasing other than the ones that just say they will not pay. There were a couple of those.
If PAC does not intend to pay Contingency just tell me and I will stop wasting my time and yours.
Any help will be appreciated.

I still have not received anything. I have given up. After numerous emails, then to see that Bob got his cheque from Feb of this year pisses me off. Not at Bob of course, but to a company that I bought product from, displayed required stickers, and won an event. I have gotten paid 3 other times in the past from them. Good product, bad company.

Well now I know I am not alone.
I also have been paid in the past and PAC has told me they have my info and promised the check several times.
I am going to try and make them tell me they are not going to pay or I will keep asking.
I am retired so I have time and can blow up their phone from time to time.
Dedenbear just told me they were not going to pay so I in turn told them I would not be a customer any more and pulled the sticker/decal off the car.
It seems there are less and less that pay contingency and one of my friends has pulled all the stickers/decals off his cars and said it is just not worth the hassle any more. He was runner up at the Tulsa OK division race and the NHRA people at the scales could not believe he had no stickers/decals. He explained it to them and NHRA's people were completely unaware that the racers are having all these issues. Just another example of NHRA not knowing or caring of what goes on with the Sportsman Racers.
Just My 2 Cents
