I hit the transbrake in 2nd gear once. Rolled the lights, of coarse. Painted a bright yellow stripe up the side of the shifter and frame and I check it every time as I roll up to the line.
Do what works for you no matter what.

And that's why you run a high-side limiter, correct? Why would the burnout require a lower limit to prevent damage?

How about this.
An older track I raced at for the first time. The burn out box was next to the tower, just in front of it. You had to back into it.Need I say more!!!! Terry K |
