Diapers are mandatory - Page 3

According to Maple Grove's website, diapers will be required in 2012. Indy's million dollar race also require and I have heard they require on all races in 2011.

Did I miss an announcement by NHRA or are the tracks taking it upon themselves (with some encouragement) to force the racers to make yet another investment?
