Or instead, I could freshen up the engine and converter for my Cavalier, and change the camshaft to one with more duration, plus a set of headers made for it. Then I might have a chance to run heads up (and be competitive), with Ed's Gremlin (since he out-runs me by 1-1.5sec.)! Now that would be fun, two against the norm stockers running different classes, but heads up and nearly equal et's!!!! A much better use of that much money than just for a helmet, I think! Heck, I could afford a trip out to E'town to meet/race with Ed, and his Gremlin....that would be more fun than spending that much money on a helmet. I'll agree with Ed on another thing....it's time to put a fork in it....

Well the poll is done.
Interesting results, I was suprised to see how many of you are using a SA open face helmet. The results also showed that the majority of us do not use a SA full face helmet contrary to the few that had to call my decision making and vehicle safety into account, I expected that would be the case. Thank you to all that took part in the poll, Especially those that didn't have to make it a mud slinging contest. Cheers, Phillip

Sure looks to me like more of us DO wear full face SA helmets, versus SA open face. More than the others too.

A majority run full face helemts (71+26=97) 97/163=59.5% 43.56% > 26.38% > 15.95% > 15.34% I can explain it to you, I cannot understand it for you. There is not a "majority" because there are 4 options (see presidential primary for explanation of winners and losers there). if you ask either a) do you wear an SA or M rated helmet? or b) do you wear a full face or open face helmet? Either way you lose. I really feel sorry for you, i wish I could explain it in simple enough terms for you to understand. Hopefully you don't have this hard of a time with simple daily math.
