Yes that was SE's Mustang. Those were shot by me when I lived in Pasadena Tx. Points meet at old Houston International in Dickinson.
Charlie, there's some from East Tex if you remember that place posted too. We met once at the old Houston Autorama the was held at the Astro Dome complex.

I remember the old HIR track. I grew up 4 miles from there. When I got my d l, we use to go there every wednesday night and run for the trophey. My car was so slow that I could actually see the scoreboard as I was crossing the finish line. Knew what I ran before I had to go to the tower and get my time slip. Still have a bunch of HIR time slips.

Too bad the starting line is now the front door to a Walmart and the finish line is a middle school.
