Mopar 360 crate motor heads

I finished a roller. I now need to put together a 360 crate motor. I chose either the 360 C, 360M 300 HP motor. They list many heads. I'm only familiar with the LA motor. Can someone give me some imput on what the best heads are? Can they be found in the yard? Thanks
