i have a 69 nova that is used primarily for street/strip and im wondering what traction equipment would be best for a mono-leaf car??? thanks adam

Caltracs are the best way to go. That's what most nova stocker's are using.

Caltracs come with a solid front spring eye bushing. Not really a street set up.
Street /strip cars are always a compromise. One has to decide which one he really wants.
