Its not about if NHRA got rich. Its about fixing the glitches which are currently involved. AHFS, ALTITUDE factors, Numbers of classes . Creating racer input or involvment on committees. Treatment of Sponsors for Sportsman racing and their input.
If the Money paid and the organization change allows people to just finish the issues which face Sportsman racing it would be worth it. Too many issues too little time or dedication to daily completion of tasks with the racing we have now. Too many committee decisions maybe no Chiefs to make the decisions. Dick Butler 3529 |

Ed,
How much insurance does that track carry? How is the tech? Do they pay any round money? How about safety? I'm sure that the NHRA has some room on payout, but I really doubt with their overhead that it is as much as most think. I would hate to see what their travel expenses are for a year. Running a large corporation takes a bunch of money. Thanks, Daren

Exactly what I have been saying in the other thread. You cant really fathom what it costs to put on this deal.
Perhaps its time to bring in some consultants to check out their policies and procedures... Lee Norton I/PS '02 Firebird 231 V6
