Motorcraft AF42C Spark Plugs Replacement?

Motorcraft discontinued the AF42C spark plug a little while ago. Is there a source where you can still purchase them? I have looked and have not found one.

Is their an alternative spark plug that you can suggest to replace it that you like ? Stock running fairly high compression. These were such great plugs. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
