I find the class designations confusing. Pro Stock cars look like fast street cars and run in the 8's.
Pro Street cars look like real Pro Stock cars and run low 6's. |

That's only because the NHRA term "Pro Stock" is a complete and total joke.

Hi Lynn. Nice video, how are you and the gang doing. It was nice to meet you and your family and Ron Stewart. I tried to go to columbus this weekend but I have family things happening. Good luck and have fun...Luke Awdish

Might want to put an "imho" in front of a statement like that.

That is still just your opinion. Many love them. A lot of technology developed there has trickled down to sportsman classes, maybe down to even stock. I guess you don't like SS/GT cars either? FWD conversions and more often then not carburetors. Sounds like you really love stock eliminator, so it's great you can race there. That doens't make somebody else's class bogus. A long time friend of mine from here won Pro Stock at Seattle this past Sunday. If you knew more about those cars you might be more impressed with them.

You brought up SS/GT. Yes, you're right .I would prefer to watch SS cars ,using the same engine they came with from the factory with......not FWD conversions with the 350 SBC combo of the week that's not beat up too bad. This is the same reason NASCAR lost me years ago. You've got to remember, I'm in the nostalgia business. LOL
