Can you run a 3 speed in a 1969 nova with a smallblock?

I bought one new in 69. 300 HP 350 Ci turbo 350 on the column.

Thanks guys. When I looked at the classification sheet it had me confused. It makes it look like they only put the TH in the 350 hp 396.

That is because the BB used the T400.
T 350, PG. ,4 speed are all the same shipping weight.
