I think I posted this in the wrong forum the first time, so my apologies for double posting.
I can't find specs on most available wheels. Who makes the lightest rear wheels? 15x14 or 15x15. Thanks you. |

www.holeshotwheels.com check them, i know they are the lightest i could find and they look shaweeet. They will custom build you anything you want for backspacing and whatnot. 6+ years on mine and no probs.

I've been using Holeshot Wheels for many years also. They have a new one-piece front wheel out now that's available in most of their styles.

I just put a set of Hole Shot wheels on my stocker replacing the Welds and I am very pleased. Fronts are 7lbs, don't remember what the 15X10s on the rear are. They are hard to beat cost wise also. www.holeshotwheels.com Call 1-800-DRAG533 and ask for John or Joe. Jim

Check out lrpwheels.com or email Chris at chris.lrpwheels@gmail.com. He is making front dragster wheels and any size rear wheels. If he has enough interest, he will start making front wheels for door cars. He is currently running wheels on his car that are 2 pounds lighter than a weld wheel. His wheels are on various comp cars, supercomp and alcohol dragsters. Give him a call at: 623-363-0551.

Nothing against any other brands but if you want the lightest it's Gibson Engineering. Billet wheels start as -100# chunk down to 6.2#'s. There's a post with pictures elsewhere on this forum. Subjectively, I think they are also the best looking.

Sorry I forgot to say that it's the rear wheels on his dragster that are lighter than welds.
