Im looking for info on the Sportsman pits at Pomona (and Pheonix if your familiar) Im familiar with Gainesville , but not with Pomona and Pheonix.
Im trying to figure out what I need trailer side, and dont.... Condition/Surface, Power tapins/plugs, water avail, etc. Dos/Donts/whatchouts, etc. From people that are familiar with the "lay of the land" in as much as ammenties, or lack of goes... Space available per car/trailer/ parking for other vehicles, pit vehicle reccomendations as in what to bring (yes I read the Pit Vehicle info for 2010) but have several so which do I saddle up. Any info is greatly appreciated. Cheers Chris |

Phoenix's Pits are a road course and have big time elevation changes throughout the facility. The Pro's usually park on the paved part by Firebird lake and the sportsman guys are usually spread all over (In the dirt around the turns of the road course) and it's really not a great place to park if your a sportsman unless you get there very early in the week and the staging lanes can kinda be a pain when it comes to round 2 and above and you start pairings.
