You all can call it a surcharge, but in reality it is an entertainment fee. You know, when you are sitting in your lawn chair with some friend and you all watch some poor soul with a stacker go into an area where you know is soft, and watch the results first hand. Or maybe you are watching someone about to do something really stupid, but you do not have enough time to warn them about it. Watching the fun times at fuel check and scales when they vary a little bit. What about the person checking out some hot babe and walk right into an inatimate object. Thats entertainment. Or intoxicated individuals sliding off a four wheeler into a nice soft bed of shell and asphalt. So do not look at NHRA's surcharge as another enhancement, it is actually an "Entertainemnt Fee"
