Midwest Super Comp for Joliet-Cancelled

Just received a call from Kwas. The race for Joliet on Saturday May 14th has been cancelled due to forecasted cold temps, wind and rain. Wanted to get the word out ASAP to all the racers planning to attend so they didnt waste fuel getting to the track and could make other plans for the weekend. I asked him about a rain date and he said there wasnt going to be one. Hopefully the weather will be better next weekend for the Sat-Sun races at Byron. Hopeto see you all there.

Thanks Jeff for the heads up. We were going to play with the dragster and Daytona this weekend with the MWSCA.

Thanks for the info. I had decided I wasn't coming up either way. There is just too much nice weather to race in without trying to race in that crap. I am glad they decided to cancel it.
