Has anyone any information regarding this car??? appers to be an old race car from way back in the day possibly a modified car??? small block stick. car came from kentucky.
It just showed up in my shop for a full restoration. Owner has no idea on its history if it has any. That may decide his direction of restoration. Let me know! pics to follow as soon as i get them sized right. Thanks in advance. Kenny Newsome H/SA 7709 : shop manager @ discover classic cars. |

Sounds like a nice car to restore, was it a carburetor or fuel injected Corvette originally...post some pics of it.

I am the current owner of this car and I'm trying to find some history behind it. Here is what I know. The car was purchased in Kentucky where it was stored in a warehouse. Previous owner bought the car in Alabama. The original car was a 57 FI 3-Speed Arctic Blue with an assembly date around 1 Apr '57. It was raced under the name Orange Peel. The engine was replaced for racing and the hood was modified for a larger engine. I've attached a couple pictures. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe
