well i am pretty glad i went (thanks beth denysenko for telling me to go). i got my butt kicked by the trucks as expected however mission accomplished tuesday morning they are r & t trucks not U/SA anymore... and i did lay down a pretty good run for an old woodro josey motor in about 3000 feet of air. hell i even out qualified about 35 of the 50 NEW AGE FACTORY race cars and without hitting the -1.00 trigger (lucky eh ?)

anyway the most important was seeing my friends > paul wong, meeting richard and seeing everyone else > bob downing and sons (especially lil one), murphy, dunlap and travis, irvin, gary & todd, jeff tueton and crew, larry & patsy, dave & dede, dona's and nicewangers, alveys, fuller & meers, schaechters, any many more.... plus trravis miller and bruce bachelder.

anyway dont know how long the old wagon will be able to qualify, so glad i was able to make one more show ... maybe, just maybe ill go next year.

also as expected charlie bob wussed out (see post on what will be bump at indy thread)on dancers thursday costing the #1 qualifier a ceremonial celebration ingrained in 25 years of tradition ... shame on charlie bob !
